What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Specialist position at Hawaii Community FCU?
Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is looking for a qualified candidate for our open Facilities Specialist position.
Duties:
- Responsible for completing work orders or coordinating with contractors for proper repairs, replacements and ongoing maintenance of Credit Union facilities.
- Work to include buildings, sidewalks, parking areas, landscaped areas, plumbing, appliances, electricity.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining inventory of various supplies used in the Credit Union.
- Able to work with a diverse group of external contacts as well as internal contacts at all levels of the Credit Union.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school graduate / GED equivalent with two (2) years of previous experience.
- Facilities or building maintenance experience with knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, carpentry, and exterior maintenance.
- Driver's License is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00 - $53,500.00 per year
