The position is for a Part-Time Cleaning Technician. Primary location: Town area (Honolulu). Additional locations: Occasionally Kailua or nearby areas depending on scheduling. Hours: Flexible part-time shifts, typically between 8 AM – 5 PM, with monthly schedules provided in advance.

Job Description: This role involves providing high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services using company-approved methods and standards. Duties include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, wiping surfaces, organizing small areas, and ensuring each space is left spotless and presentable. New employees receive paid, supervised training to learn proper techniques, products, and company expectations. After training, employees work independently and must follow the monthly schedule. Reliability is essential; being on time, following the schedule, and maintaining professional communication are key parts of the job. Daily pay is provided, and employees receive the full day’s pay even if the job is completed before 5 PM.

Responsibilities: Residential and commercial cleaning; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens; light organization; following company cleaning standards; professional communication with clients and team.

Requirements: Reliable transportation; strong attention to detail; ability to work independently; must be on time and follow the provided schedule; dependable and punctual; prior cleaning experience preferred but not required; clean criminal record required; background check required prior to hiring; no vaping, smoking, or drug use during work hours or on job sites; resume and references strongly preferred.

Training: Paid training provided for all new employees; supervised training at the beginning to ensure proper techniques and quality standards; ongoing support until fully confident working independently.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20–40 lbs as needed; ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

Pay: Paid per day; full day’s pay provided even if the job is completed before 5 PM; rate based on experience.
