Recruitment Number 26-027SI, Law Clerk, SR-20, Full Time, Temporary, Kapolei, Oahu.
Note: This recruitment will only be used to fill a temporary, full-time position.
Applicants who will graduate with a Juris Doctor degree from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association may apply within three months prior to graduation. If you are selected, we will need an original official transcript (not a copy) indicating the completion of the required coursework and the awarding of the degree.
Summary Of Duties
Performs legal research and analysis, and prepares memoranda of findings and analysis; may assist in preparations for pre-trial hearings and trials; and performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education Requirement: Graduation from a school of law recognized by the American Bar Association with a Juris Doctor degree.
