This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact within a vibrant organization.Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:Responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day Human ResourceHandles employment application intake.Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance.Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinating interviews.Prepares job postings.Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated seamlessly.Support benefits administration by processing enrollments, updates, and inquiriesMaintain accurate HR data entry and recordkeeping, including contracts, employee files, and compliance documentation.Contribute to performance management processes by gathering data for employee evaluations and supporting training & development initiatives.Help manage employee relations by addressing routine inquiries, assisting with conflict resolution, and promoting positive communication across teams.Employee file managementSupport compliance efforts related to employment law, OSHA standards, affirmative action planning, workers' compensation claims, and other regulatory requirements.Other duties as deemed necessaryKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required for Success:Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or other related field, plus one year of office/clerical support experience.Previous HR Experience preferredSHRM or HRCI Certification PreferredMust be able to fluently speak, understand, read, and write in EnglishRequirements:Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles within HR environments.Familiarity with human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, or Ceridian is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures.Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Experience using HRIS platforms like Workday, Paychex, Dayforce, or Kronos for data collection and workforce management.Ability to adapt to change management initiatives and support organizational design efforts effectively.Basic understanding of recruiting tools such as iCIMS or Taleo; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, contract management, and documentation processes.
