The Opportunity

HAVN is seeking a Sales Associate to help build a thriving community at HAVN Sanctuary in Lehi, UT.

As a member of the opening team, and working directly with the General Manager, you’ll drive revenue by attracting & retaining members through lead generation & follow-up, hosting tailored tours, membership activation, and ongoing community engagement.

Membership Sales

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert leads into Members through outbound outreach and inbound inquiry management
  • Host tailored tours, highlighting how HAVN’s amenities support a balanced, high-performing lifestyle
  • Build consultative relationships with prospective members, understanding their goals and matching them to the right membership solution
  • Own the Membership sales pipeline in the CRM: tracking interactions, managing follow-ups, and driving deal progression
  • Generate referral-driven leads by cultivating relationships with members and community partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly membership sales targets and KPIs

Member Experience & Hospitality

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for members, greeting members and guests warmly and ensuring every interaction reflects HAVN’s high-touch, hospitality-first standard
  • Own the member onboarding experience: orient new members to all amenities, introduce them to the community, set expectations, and follow up proactively in their first weeks to ensure they’re thriving
  • Build genuine, ongoing relationships with current members, learning their routines, preferences, and goals so you can personalize their experience and flag renewal or upgrade opportunities naturally
  • Serve as the first line of support for member questions, requests, and concerns, resolving issues quickly and escalating when needed, always with a calm and solutions-oriented approach
  • Monitor the health of the member base: track engagement, identify members who may be at risk of churning, and proactively reach out to re-engage or address concerns before they escalate
  • Conduct regular member check-ins and satisfaction touchpoints to gather feedback, strengthen retention, and identify opportunities to improve the experience
  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards across the fitness center, studio, rooftop pool & lounge, and members’ lounge, ensuring spaces are always guest-ready and reflect the HAVN brand
  • Coordinate with facilities and operations to address maintenance, supply, or amenity issues promptly
  • Support day-to-day front-of-house operations, including managing access, amenity reservations, and member communications

Events & Community

  • Support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community events
  • Foster meaningful connections in the HAVN community
  • Represent HAVN at local wellness and networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads
  • Provide on-site support during evening or weekend events as needed

Social Media & Brand

  • Capture and post organic social content for HAVN SLX, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, showcasing the wellness experience and community
  • Write on-brand captions and stories that reflect HAVN’s lifestyle and values
  • Monitor DMs and comments, responding in a timely and on-brand manner
  • Collaborate with the GM and Sales Associate on content planning and posting cadence
