Entry-Level Sales Representative (Storm Restoration)

The Sales Role
Hiring Immediately – As a full-time sales representative, you’ll be trained to:
- Conduct home inspections for storm damage
- Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
- Deliver interactive sales presentations
- Master communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
This role provides a foundation for long-term career growth and financial success.
The Responsibilities
- Inspect and document homes for storm damage
- Meet directly with homeowners to explain findings and sign restoration agreements
- Create estimates and measure exterior damages
- Manage your own schedule with a balance of self-generated and office-provided leads
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team mentorship
The Qualifications
- Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interactions
- Physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when necessary
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)
- Independent, self-disciplined, and motivated to succeed
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Smartphone capable of photos, video, and company apps
The Compensation
- $3,000 Sign-on bonus*
- Starting pay: $85,000–$150,000, with top performers exceeding $250,000 annually
- Commission on all completed claims (average $1,500–$2,500 per job)
- Monthly and annual performance bonuses
