Role:
HAVIK Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Associate – Fort Bragg Field Service Representative (FSR) to support units in and around the Fort Bragg area. Customer Success Associates are masters of all HAVIK systems and serve as subject matter experts across Joint Fires, LZ/DZ operations, SUAS, and related mission sets. This position is highly customer-facing and mission-focused, ensuring HAVIK remains the premier simulation and mixed reality training solution for operational units.
- Support on-site integration of HAVIK systems and the Mixed Reality Trainer (MRT) at Fort Bragg
- Maintains and stays current/proficient on the HAVIK System, ensuring it contains the latest official releases and/or demo builds.
- Conduct system demonstrations for current and prospective customers
- Support training of Fort Bragg–area customers on HAVIK systems
- Assist with testing, quality assurance, and product development feedback
- Support and assist other Customer Success Associates in conducting HAVIK Instructor Training (HIT) classes in the Bragg area
- Participate in HAVIK events and training activities outside the Fort Bragg area, as required
- Assist with installation, evaluation, and maintenance of HAVIK client systems under active support contracts
- Provide on-site customer support when required
- Maintain regular engagement with Fort Bragg–area customers to include gather operational feedback, communicate product updates and capability enhancements, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
- At minimum a Qualified JTAC; Prefer a JTAC Instructor or JTAC evaluator
- Additional experience in at least one if not all of the following: LZ/DZ operations, SUAS operations, and/or Military training, simulation, or mission rehearsal environments
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Comfort supporting software and hardware systems in operational environments
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training, demonstrations, or company events
- Prior Field Service Representative (FSR) or instructor experience
- Experience supporting military units at Fort Bragg or similar installations
- Familiarity with VR, MR, or simulation-based training systems
- Previous experience conducting or supporting instructor-led training
- Active or previously held U.S. DoD Security Clearance (Secret or higher preferred)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required in the future

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
