Role Overview
This role supports our origination and leadership team by driving consistency, organization, and execution across marketing, CRM management, and pipeline reporting. The primary objective is to ensure marketing initiatives are executed consistently, the CRM remains clean and accurate, leadership stays organized, and origination reporting is proactive and professional. Additionally, content and design creation would be essential for branding and education on social media and other platforms. This is an execution-focused role with opportunity for growth over time into sales, underwriting, marketing leadership, or other areas depending on performance and interest. **THIS ROLE IS MORE CRM AND SALES REPORTING/DRIVING with some marketing/design elements included.**
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Origination Administration
- Enter and manage leads in Pipedrive CRM
- Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date pipeline tracking
- Coordinate onboarding materials and prospect documentation
- Draft follow-up emails and assist with meeting coordination
- Support leadership with administrative organization related to origination activities
Pipeline & Performance Reporting
- Prepare consistent and organized origination pipeline reports
- Track sales performance and marketing activity metrics
- Provide proactive updates on deal movement and flag stalled opportunities
- Help refine and improve reporting templates over time
Marketing Execution
- Design and create LinkedIn, Instagram, brochures, and pitch decks (PowerPoint and Canva)
- Draft and edit written marketing and thought leadership content
- Schedule and manage social media posting
- Maintain organized and updated marketing collateral and presentation materials
- Ensure brand consistency across all external communications
Podcast & Content Support
- Assist with podcast planning, scheduling, and guest coordination
- Support outline preparation and promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics and follow-up related to content initiatives
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $55,000–$60,000, PLUS a performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 10–15% based on company and individual performance and full benefit coverage for the employee. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing platform in the Dallas market while working with businesses and lenders nationwide.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, sales support, operations, or related field
- Strong design skills in PowerPoint and Canva
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
- Familiar with A.I. tools
- Positive attitude, accountable and reliable, always seeking to improve processes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) is beneficial but not required — training will be provided.
