Key Responsibilities
- 1099 Preparation: Assist with gathering, verifying, and processing vendor information for accurate 1099 filings for firm clients.
- AutoFlow Management: Utilize AutoFlow to streamline document workflows and maintain efficient processes related to tax return preparation software.
- SafeSend Exchange Coordination: Manage client document exchange through SafeSend, ensuring security and compliance, and troubleshooting support for clients using the platform.
- Provide administrative support to accountants and partners, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with data entry into accounting systems.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative role within an accounting or financial services environment preferred.
- Bookkeeping experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
