Member Service Representative – Haverhill Fire Department Credit Union
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Member Service Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for assisting members with daily banking transactions, account services, and financial questions while providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Open and maintain member accounts
- Answer questions regarding products and services
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Customer service and cash-handling experience preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Professional and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Banking or credit union experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
