Job Overview
Join our dynamic outdoor operations team as an Outside Operations Attendant! In this lively and vital role, you will be the friendly face ensuring smooth, safe, and enjoyable experiences for our Members and Guests.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to members and guests upon arrival and departure
- Manage golf bags, including loading/unloading, storage, and organization of the bag room
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bag room, cart barn, and surrounding areas
- Stage, clean, and return golf carts to ensure daily operational readiness
- Assist with practice facility setup and maintenance (range balls, bag stands, etc.)
- Support tournament and event operations as needed
- Uphold club standards and create a welcoming, professional environment at all times
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of an outdoor golf operation
- Frequent lifting (golf bags), bending, climbing, stooping, and pulling
- Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment and varying weather conditions
- Continuous standing and walking throughout shifts
- Frequent repetitive motions
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
