Middle School Teacher - HCMS - (26-27)

Haverhill Cooperative Middle School an opening for a middle-level teacher. K-8 or 5-8 certification is preferred, but 7-12, or 5-12 (Social Studies, Math, Science, or English) certification will be strongly considered. We are a high-functioning middle school with 230 students and a staff of 35, located in the North Country of New Hampshire, along the Connecticut River. We are seeking dynamic middle-level educators who understand that every student can be successful, who value working with adolescents, and who want to be a part of a collaborative student-centered team of caring educators. A NH teaching certificate with a K-8 (1811) or middle-level Math (1102) endorsement. Familiarity with RTI and the ability to provide interventions in reading and math. Experience with constructing and teaching units aligned with the New Hampshire competencies. A track record of meeting students’ needs through effective differentiated instruction. The ability to analyze student performance data in order to make instructional decisions. A record of effective collaboration with other teachers.
