5-8 Middle School Math Teacher Haverhill Cooperative Middle School North Haverhill, New Hampshire Haverhill Cooperative Middle School is seeking an outstanding, student-centered Math teacher to join our team beginning in the 2026-2027 school year. Located on a beautiful campus in North Haverhill, New Hampshire, Haverhill Cooperative Middle School serves approximately 175 students in grades 5-8. We are a close-knit school community committed to supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. We are looking for an educator who embraces the unique opportunities and challenges of middle school, believes in the power of strong relationships, and creates engaging learning experiences that inspire students to become confident readers, writers, and communicators. The successful candidate will: - Deliver highly engaging and effective Math instruction to students in grades 5, 6, 7 and/or 8. - Foster a classroom culture where all students feel valued, supported, and challenged. - Build positive, productive relationships with students, families, and colleagues. - Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. - Utilize data and formative assessment practices to guide instruction and support student growth. - Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen curriculum, instruction, and school culture. - Serve as a positive and active member of the school community. - Demonstrate a commitment to middle level philosophy and the developmental needs of young adolescents. Qualifications: - New Hampshire certification in Middle School Math, or Middle/High School Math, or eligibility for certification. - Strong instructional practices and classroom management skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - A passion for working with middle school students and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
