Qualifications
- Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
- Proven Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer Service experience focused on addressing needs and building relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments
- Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in using relevant software or tools for operations support is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
