What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at HAVENSMART LLC?
This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost efficient completion of Low Voltage (LV) Smart Home Automation projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.
Oversee all components of assigned projects
Manage scope, schedule and budget
Collaborate with technicians, architects, builders, and other workers assigned to the project to ensure client satisfaction
Responsible for any emergencies and problems that may arise
Comply with all safety procedures
Report project success and budget to client
Provide project oversight
Schedule all labor & materials
Understand the skillset of the Technicians and leverage their skills accordingly
Understand the proposal and scope of work
Ensure communication between project team and clients
Complete all necessary papework to close out the project
Work with procurement team to ensure product will be available for all phases of the project. Can address supply chain issues by recommending and/or changing equipment on the fly in order to meet deadlines and keep project within its schedule.
Leverage NetSuite and DTools to support project management
Must have 2-3 years of construction project management experience
Must have 1-2 years of experience running Large residential/leisure property projects
Experience with NetSuite and DTools preferred
Excellent Office 365 skills
