- Assist with small group or one-on-one support to reinforce learning, engagement, and skill development
- Partner with teachers and clinical staff to implement behavior support strategies and classroom structure
- Monitor client behavior and provide real-time coaching, redirection, and positive reinforcement
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and organized environment throughout the day
- Observe and document client participation, behaviors, and progress in the EMR
- Assist with preparation of materials, activities, and daily programming needs
- Support clients during transitions (arrival, dismissal, breaks) to ensure safety and consistency
- Reinforce social skills, communication, and daily living skills appropriate for adolescents.
- Hourly Pay Rate: $16 – $20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with adolescents in an education or behavioral/mental health setting
- Experience as a paraprofessional or teacher’s aide
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies and classroom support techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication, empathy, and crisis-management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $16 - $20
