- Provide individual and group therapy for adolescent clients using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, etc.).
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when required.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and outside providers for continuity of care.
- Actively participate in treatment team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
- Hourly Rate: $25-40 hourly, commensurate with experience and qualifications
- Unlicensed Therapist: $25-35 hourly
- Licensed Therapist: $31-40 hourly

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing therapy to adolescents (behavioral health setting preferred).
- Skilled in evidence-based interventions and crisis management.
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency in EHR systems.
- Passion for helping adolescents achieve emotional wellness and resilience.
Salary : $25 - $40
