Havenova Home Care Solutions is a growing home care agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified RN to serve as our Agency Supervisor of Clinical Services and help guide us through the Medicare certification process.
Position Overview
The Agency Supervisor of Clinical Services will oversee all clinical operations, ensure quality patient care, support staff training and development, and assist with regulatory compliance. This leadership role is essential in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while maintaining compliance with industry and state standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet ONE of the following:
Option 1:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing (from a program approved by the National League for Nursing or the American Public Health Association).
- Minimum 1 year of full-time clinical experience in a home health agency or related community health program (must include care of the sick at home).
Option 2:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 3 years of full-time clinical nursing experience, including at least 1 year in home health or community health care.
Option 3:
- Currently employed as a Supervisor of Clinical Services in a home health agency in this state.
Option 4:
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- At least 3 years of full-time (or equivalent) clinical experience in the last 5 years, including 1 year in home health or community health care.
- Certification by the American Nurses' Association as a Community Health Nurse OR completion of 6 credits in:
- Community Health Nursing Theory (within 2 years) OR
- Health Care Management (from an accredited institution).
Other Requirements
- Active and valid RN license.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of home health care regulations (preferred).
