Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and care coordinators
- Deliver reliable care by arriving on time and completing scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA certificate (preferred)
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or hospitals is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
Health & Compliance Requirements
To ensure the safety of our clients and caregivers, applicants must provide:
- TB Screening (within the last 12 months)
- MMR Titer (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Varicella Titer (Chickenpox)
- Tetanus documentation
