This is a contract, on-site Caregiver role based in Worcester, MA. The Caregiver will provide essential support to clients in their daily lives, including assistance with personal care tasks, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support. Responsibilities also include companionship, medication reminders, and helping to ensure the overall safety and well-being of clients. The Caregiver will follow tailored care plans, communicate regularly with family members and medical professionals, and provide responsive, client-centered service.

• Experience in personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Housekeeping and meal preparation skills to provide a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Companion care experience with strong interpersonal and reliable communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medication reminders and adherence to care plans.
• Ability to handle emergencies with professionalism and provide first aid when needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is highly desirable.
