What We're Looking For:
A results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong understanding of home care and medical staffing. If you have existing healthcare connections and a passion for building meaningful partnerships, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain B2B relationships with healthcare institutions.
- Identify referral opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Promote Havenova’s services: companion care, personal care, transitional care, and medical staffing.
- Meet with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
- Maintain CRM pipeline and report progress.
- Represent Havenova at events and community engagements.
Qualifications:
- 2 years in healthcare business development or outreach.
- Knowledge of home care and staffing operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Local travel required.
- CRM experience (GoHighLevel is a plus).
