What You'll Do
Brand Strategy, Research & Insights
- Support development of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and audience insights.
- Conduct competitive, cultural, and consumer research to inform strategic thinking and creative direction.
- Assist with brand audits and help identify opportunities to strengthen consistency and brand experience.
- Track and compile both quantitative and qualitative learnings to support brand recommendations.
- Partner with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment across campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.
- Support creation of briefs, brand decks, and narrative-driven presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines, toolkits, and documentation.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows related to brand initiatives across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional partners as needed.
- Prepare post-launch recaps, summaries, and insight reports that inform future planning.
- Maintain organization of brand assets, research libraries, and strategic resources.
- Review creative assets and messaging to ensure alignment with brand identity, voice, and standards.
- Help ensure brand integrity across digital, product, social, retail, and marketing channels.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal partners seeking brand guidance.
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, strategy, creative operations, or a related field (internship or agency experience welcome).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with the ability to synthesize information clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Curious, proactive, and customer-centered—interested in both the analytical and intuitive sides of brand building.
- Proficient with Google Workspace, presentation tools, and project-management systems (e.g., Asana, Airtable).
- Bonus: familiarity with brand guidelines, creative workflows, consumer insights, or lifestyle/design categories.
- You'll play a meaningful role in shaping and strengthening the brands across our growing portfolio.
- You'll collaborate with a talented, cross-functional team across creative, marketing, product, and merchandising.
- You'll contribute to brand strategy while gaining exposure across a wide range of brand, creative, and customer experience initiatives.
- You'll work in a supportive, creative, mission-driven environment that values diverse perspectives and thoughtful execution.
- Full-time, exempt role based in Denver, CO or New York, NY; onsite 5 days/week.
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
