HavenGrace Women’s Health is seeking a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in our onsite Clarksville, TN practice.
Position SummaryThe Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner is responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients across the women’s health continuum. You will assess symptoms, develop and manage treatment plans, support preventative care, and partner with patients to promote long-term health and wellness.
This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a high touch, white glove/concierge medicine, patient-focused environment and is committed to evidence-based practice, clear communication, excellent clinical outcomes within a faith based practice.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive women’s health evaluations, including assessment, diagnosis, and development of individualized care plans.
Deliver routine and preventative care, including health screenings, education, and guidance related to reproductive and overall wellbeing.
Manage ongoing patient care by monitoring progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and coordinating follow-up.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure clinical records reflect the patient’s history, assessment, and care plan.
Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure coordinated, continuous care.
Deliver a high-touch, relationship-centered patient experience through intentionally scheduled 30 and 60 minute visits, ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and valued, while developing and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships; not simply treating the immediate concern.
Current licensure and eligibility to practice as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner.
Clinical experience in women’s health.
Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Ability to document effectively and maintain organized, accurate clinical records.
Candidates must be comfortable working within and actively supporting the mission and values of a faith-based women's health practice.
One year's experience providing care across multiple stages of women’s health, including preventive care and chronic condition management.
Experience working in an outpatient practice setting.
Comfortable educating patients and supporting shared decision-making.
Familiarity with practice workflows that emphasize quality improvement and continuity of care.
Experience performing common outpatient women's health procedures, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal, contraceptive management across multiple modalities, and minor gynecologic procedures.
Salary : $46 - $55
