We help our clients grow their businesses by using frameworks grounded in storytelling, behavioral science, and personal branding to connect them with their ideal investors. Having raised billions for boutiques, we are a small (under 20 employees) but mighty agency. We are headquartered in Newport, RI.

Who You Are 

You are an experienced marketer ready to take on a new hive of clients. You own each clients’ marketing strategy, starting with Havener's proven Billion Dollar Blueprint, and relying on data to evaluate what's working and when to pivot. You're the one making sure everything is delivered on time, on budget, with quality. 

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the sales strategist in your hive, and tapping our content hive to help you execute the strategy. While your hive is small, you’ll play both marketing strategist and project manager; the goal is for you to grow into a strategist-only role.  

Primary Responsibilities 

Strategy, Campaigns & Content 

• Develop and adapt inbound marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, using Havener's proven blueprint as a foundation and your own strategic thinking when the blueprint needs to bend 
• Execute campaigns and develop marketing content in order to meet the goals in their business plans, most often focused around generating leads, investor meetings, and assets 
• Write and direct compelling, on-brand digital copy with consistent voice and tone 
• Collaborate with the content hive to bring campaigns to life; hold the bar high on quality 

Account Management 

• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for your clients 
• Perform quality control at every stage, track revision history, and manage file documentation  
• Own the project management function for your hive: content calendars, task management, deadlines, and deliverables 
• Anticipate bottlenecks and keep projects moving 

Analytics & Reporting 

• Track and analyze campaign performance; translate data into clear takeaways and next steps 
• Prepare reports on KPIs and bring recommendations to client conversations 

Qualifications & Characteristics 

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing 
• Proven track record developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies; bonus if you've worked in asset management, fintech, or with a firm running on EOS 
• Metrics-driven mindset with creative problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and formulate smart recommendations 
• In-depth experience with LinkedIn — you stay current on trends and algorithm changes  
• Demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects, prioritize deadlines, and keep deliverables moving  
• Proficient in CRMs, content management systems, project management software, Claude, and Canva 
• Exceptional writing skills — clear, concise, grammatically sharp, and able to translate complex topics into compelling stories that nail voice and tone across a variety of clients 
• Exceptional communication skills and strong spirit of collaboration with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike 
• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, can-do attitude with a passion for excellent deliverables
