Job Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures
Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Responsibilities:
Assist with resident care, including vital signs, transfers, and mobility
Administer medications and treatments as delegated by licensed staff
Assist with meals, snacks, and feeding as needed
Participate in restorative care programs and activities
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and treatment
