Key Responsibilities (RN Duties)
- Provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as ordered
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- Respond to changes in condition and provide clinical leadership during shifts
- Active Illinois RN license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
