What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Relations Assistant Tucson Hourly position at Haven of Tucson?
The Resident Relations Assistant works under the direction of the Resident Relations Manager to support and assist the needs of residents and their family members and responsible parties to ensure the psychosocial needs of residents are being met. The Resident Relations Assistant provides assistance during the admission and discharge process of residents and coordinates meetings with residents during their stay to evaluate and efectively contribute to the plan of care needed for each resident that provides counseling and assistance as needed.
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
