What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Technician Show Low Hourly position at Haven of Show Low?
The Floor Tech performs work under the direction of the Environmental Services Manager and is responsible for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and janitorial duties. The Floor Tech position is cross trained to be able to perform all functions within the Environmental Services department. Position ensures that the facility is in good repair, clean and presentable at all times as well as ensuring the proper care for personal resident clothing, bedding and linens.
> Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
> Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
> Tuberculosis Testing
> Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
> Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
> Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English
