The Maintenance Manager works under the direction of the Executive Director. The Maintenance Manager must have a knowledge of all areas of facility maintenance and is responsible for the maintenance of the physical environment, including offices, common areas and resident rooms. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the budget for the Maintenance Department.
