Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility
- Ensure compliance with all Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and federal regulations
- Maintain continuous survey readiness and lead successful survey outcomes
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development strategies
- Promote a positive, resident-centered culture for residents, families, and staff
- Serve as primary liaison with regulatory agencies, vendors, and community partners
- Current Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license — required
- Proven experience as an Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong working knowledge of IDPH, CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations
- Demonstrated history of regulatory compliance and successful survey performance
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field — preferred
- $90,000 -$100,000 annual salary based on experience
