What You’ll Do
Design and lead fun, meaningful activities that fit residents’ interests, abilities, and care plans
Inspire social connection, creativity, and independence among residents
Coordinate special events, celebrations, and community outings
Track participation and evaluate resident engagement and satisfaction
Maintain organized, inviting activity spaces and ensure safety and compliance
Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and care teams to support each resident’s well-being
What We’re Looking For
Completion of a 36-hour Activity Director Certification Course (required)
2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Activity Department (preferred)
A creative spirit, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills
Most importantly — a heart for seniors and a passion for making every day enjoyable!
