In this role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, assist with equipment upkeep, and support preventative maintenance efforts across the facility.

In this role, you’ll perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, assist with equipment upkeep, and support preventative maintenance efforts across the facility.

- Complete work orders including repairs such as plumbing, painting, drywall, and light carpentry
- Perform routine maintenance (light bulbs, HVAC filters, equipment upkeep)
- Assist in maintaining all areas of the facility, including grounds, parking areas, and common spaces
- Support preventative maintenance programs and maintain accurate records
- Conduct daily inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Identify and resolve potential safety hazards
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating external contractors as needed
- Experience with general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical basics, etc.)
- Understanding of building safety and fire codes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Regular standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and reaching
- Availability for occasional after-hours needs
