What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advocate position at Haven of Hope, Inc.?
Assist victim survivors primarily in office setting to ensure success in meeting objectives necessary to attain personal goals. Graduate from accredited school; satisfactory work experience in providing public assistance; accurate record keeping; and, clear, firm, fair, and consistent communication skills. Additional specific, relevant work experience providing services to families in crisis or knowledge of systems and resources for families in crisis is a plus. Assist in on-site maintenance of facility. Rotating on-call status Criminal Records Check required. Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible for bonding.
