Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time & Part-Time

About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at Haven of Champaign, you will have the opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
- Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions and care plans
- Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supervising and supporting Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Ensuring compliance with Illinois nursing standards and facility policies
- Responding to changes in resident conditions and providing clinical leadership during your shift
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
