Your Role as Dietary Manager
As our Dietary Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing dietary department—ensuring every resident receives nutritious, delicious meals in a safe and compliant environment.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and inspire the dietary team (hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management)
Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Ensure meals are prepared according to planned menus, standardized recipes, and approved substitutions
Maintain strict compliance with special diets and individualized care plans
Collaborate with a Registered Dietitian to support resident nutrition and wellness
Partner with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to meet resident needs holistically
Conduct employee evaluations and address performance concerns when needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous long-term care experience (required)
Prior dietary management experience (required)
ServSafe Certification
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
A positive, proactive leader with a passion for resident-centered care
