We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Part-Time Activity Aide to help enrich the daily lives of our residents. Activities are an essential part of each resident's day, providing opportunities for socialization, engagement, recreation, and meaningful experiences. Our Activities Team plays a vital role in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a social, recreational, or activities program in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, positive, and resident-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group and individual activities based on residents' needs, interests, and abilities as identified in assessments and care plans
Encourage resident participation in activities and special events
Assist with planning and maintaining the monthly activity calendar
Complete required documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with facility policies
Support Resident Council activities and assist with scheduling monthly meetings
Follow and maintain established facility policies and procedures
Promote a positive, engaging, and inclusive environment for all residents
