RESIDENT CARE ASSISTANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living, including Dressing, Personal Hygiene, and Mobility
- Perform Housekeeping, Laundry, and Meal Assistance Services as needed
- Observe and Report Changes in Residents’ Condition and Status
- Assist with Residents’ Medication Management in Electronic Medication System
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- The Ideal Candidate will be Patient, Caring, Organized and Able to Multi-Task
- Required to Pass a Background Check
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED
- Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, when needed
- Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity
