Haven Health, the leading Home Health, Palliative, and Hospice Company in Southern California, is currently hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse within our Hospice division to cover the Inland Empire area.

Position available:
- Full-time or Part-time
- Inland Empire Area
- 4 pm – 12 am or 12 am – 8 am
Responsibilities:
- Complete all tasks assigned (Routine Visits, PRN Visits, Continuous Care, etc)
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team (Physician, Nursing, Social Service, and Chaplains) on a Plan of Care individualized to patient
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse
- IV certified
- Hospice, Home Health, Public Health experience a plus
- Experience not required- We will provide training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CA licensed and insured driver with reliable personal transportation
