What You’ll Do
As a PDN RN/LPN, you will:
- Provide skilled, individualized pediatric nursing care to children at home
- Monitor health status and support daily care needs
- Administer medications and follow established care plans
- Partner closely with families to provide education, encouragement, and reassurance
- Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
