What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $54,000 annually, based on experience
- Company vehicle

- Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients
- Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision
- Document all nursing services provided
- Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life
- Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing
- At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills
- Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
