At Haven, our mission is to provide dedicated and compassionate care for patients facing a life-limiting illness while supporting their loved ones. We are currently seeking dependable and caring CNAs to join our team and deliver high-quality in-home care to patients across the Valley.
In this role, you will:
Provide direct patient care and support with daily living activities under the direction of the Plan of Treatment. You will be a vital part of the care team, helping to ensure patients receive the support they need in the comfort of their homes.
Full-time and part-time positions available. Must be ready to start as soon as possible.

Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and ambulation
- Support with meals, toileting, transfers, and daily activities
- Take vital signs, assist nurses, and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must have a current in-person CPR certification (online courses not accepted)
- Must possess a valid and up-to-date Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must be available to start immediately to cover Valley-wide home health patients
- 1 year of CNA or caregiver experience preferred
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Weekend availability preferred
