The ideal candidate for this position will either be a certified Medical Assistant or have at least 1 years of experience in a medical office or field position. Position Available:
- Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of patient care
- Maintain clinician schedules on a daily basis
- General clerical duties
- Follow up on all scheduling notifications to ensure patients are scheduled according to orders.
- Restaff patients in the event of a call-out.
- Assign PRN visits as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant OR a minimum of 1-2 years in a medical office, or LVN with 1 years’ experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred not required
