What You'll Do
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living according to the resident’s service plan.
- Provide meal, hydration, and dining assistance as needed.
- Observe and promptly report changes in a resident’s physical, emotional, behavioral, or cognitive condition.
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance.
- Document care and services accurately and timely as required.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise required.
- Compassionate, dependable, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.
Preferred Experience
- Previous assisted living, memory care, home care, longterm care, or caregiving experience preferred.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and perform the physical functions of the position for extended periods as needed.
