Haven Assets is seeking energetic, bright, responsible Property Manager to join our team in Angleton, Texas, 140 apartment community. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the owners and receive their support, direction and acknowledgement.

Property Manager:
The ideal property manager would have a minimum of 3-10 years of work experience in the apartment industry. Qualified candidates must possess great communication, computer, and organizational management skills.
Position Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Manage all aspects of the property's operation including revenue, expense management, profit and financial goals while consistently providing residents, vendors and employees with quality service and support.
- Must be computer proficient, experienced with property/asset management software. Experience with ResMan software is a plus!
- Must possess in depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
- Promote a friendly and professional community atmosphere.
- Manage incoming phone calls. Greet office guests, prospective/current tenants, vendors, and staff.
- Manage service requests, routing to maintenance team and following up for resident satisfaction.
- Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
- Complete or direct completion of all aspects of leasing process, including lease application, verifications, notifications and other communications, lease files and related addenda.
- Collect and record collections of rent, deposits, and utility payments.
- Inspect and verify status of vacant/make-ready units.
- Flexibility to work weekend hours
- Bi-Lingual is a plus
Criminal background checks, pre-employment screening, and positive verifiable references are required.
Salary: $35,000 to $55,000 per year
