Have Dreams is seeking an experienced LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW to join our team for a part-time caseload with a full-time option as the caseload grows at our Evanston location.
Description:
This candidate should have clinical mental health experience working with individuals (ages 10 ) and families affected by an autism spectrum disorder. They should be interested in developing their clinical skills while collaborating with their colleagues. Ideal candidates should possess strong leadership skills, flexibility, time management, and organization. They should be knowledgeable about various evidence-based interventions to treat children, adolescents, adults, and/ or families impacted by autism. Candidates should also be comfortable facilitating individual and family therapy. We are looking for candidates to continuously learn and develop new skills and who appreciate working together as a team.
- Fully licensed applicants (LCSW or LCPC) strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and mental health conditions
- Commit to in-person sessions and telehealth options at our Evanston location, with a caseload of up to 10-12 clients
- Create client treatment plans and manage documentation
- Maintain detailed records about each session using Therapy Notes (EMR system)
- Complete all clinical, case management, and billing-related paperwork in a timely manner
- Support marketing/outreach efforts to support/build caseload
Schedule: Daytime, evenings and/or Saturday hours with competitive pay
