How You'll Contribute
A Emergency Services RN who excels in this role:
- Provides direct patient care in the Emergency Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Applicants should have a current Arizona RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
- Certification: Basic Life Support certification required
- Certification: ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
- Experience: Emergency Department preferred
