Our 8-week Junior Fellow Program is designed to offer students the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most innovative thinkers in health and wellness advertising. Our Junior Fellows gain industry experience while working in a collaborative hybrid work environment. As a Junior Fellow, you will receive exposure to various client work, events and many learning and development opportunities. Job Description : JUNIOR FELLOW REQUIREMENTS – Full-time freshman, sophomore, junior or rising senior, currently enrolled in an undergraduate program. – Must be able to commute on a hybrid basis to our New York City office for the duration of the program, except for hub hires who will report to their local offices (Boston, Lexington, Chicago, Miami, or San Francisco) – Legally authorized to work in the United States. Based on your interests, skills, and experience, you’ll be matched to one of the following departments: Account Services, Finance, Growth, Project Management, Public Relations, Operations, and Strategic Planning. From there, you will be placed within one of our agencies where you will: • Gain insight into the world of health and wellness communications • Collaborate with members of cross-functional teams and different Havas Health & You advertising agencies • Work with and learn from innovative thinkers in the business • Gain hands-on experience in the processes and day-to-day of your department • Attend learning and development activities and workshops to gain an understanding of each department and how they serve our clients • Advance your presentation skills and learn how to lean into your personal, innate strengths If you are currently enrolled in college, we will review your submission based on available opportunities compatible with your experience and areas of interest. A member of Talent Acquisition will contact selected candidates. Compensation for this role is contingent on education level. This role is considered non-exempt and eligible for overtime. The hourly payrate for individuals enrolled in their Undergraduate education is $18. Dates are approximate and subject to change and will be discussed and confirmed upon selection. NYC-local Junior Fellows will report to 200 Madison Ave., New York City, NY, 10016 on a hybrid basis; hub Junior Fellows will report to their local offices on a hybrid basis.
