As a Sales Representative at Havard Pest Control, you’ll be the face of our company — helping clients find effective pest control solutions tailored to their unique needs. You’ll generate leads, conduct inspections, and close sales that bring peace of mind to homeowners and businesses alike.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with potential and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, inbound leads, and referrals
- Conduct inspections to assess pest control needs and recommend services
- Prepare and present service agreements tailored to customer needs
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Collaborate with service technicians and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years sales experience required
- Previous Pest Control Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven mindset
- Comfortable working outdoors and in residential neighborhoods
- Valid driver’s license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
