Haute Group is expanding, and we are seeking a highly organized, entrepreneurial Operations Manager to support and streamline operations across three luxury verticals:
✦ Haute Real Estate
✦ Haute Jets (Private Aviation)
✦ Haute Wealth (Insurance & Wealth Planning)
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of luxury media, real estate, aviation, and financial services — supporting high-growth brands serving UHNW and HNW clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and optimize operational systems across sales, marketing, and client experience
• Manage internal workflows, CRM processes, and team coordination
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and operational execution
• Support leadership with strategic initiatives and expansion planning
• Implement AI-driven efficiencies and automation where applicable
Ideal Candidate
• Operations experience in luxury real estate, private aviation, insurance/wealth, or high-end concierge services
• Highly detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with CRM platforms (Pipedrive a plus)
• Miami-based preferred
