π Responsibilities: As our In-House Controller & Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for:
π Efficiently controlling our finances using Quickbooks. π Handling collections and ensuring timely payments from clients. π Generating and analyzing sales reports to inform strategic decisions. π Paying invoices and bills accurately and promptly. π Processing credit card transactions securely. π Multitasking and taking on various responsibilities to support our entrepreneurial company. π Thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple books to manage.
